4. Points System

WPCellar uses a points-based system for downloads. Points can be earned through:

Points rules and guidelines:

Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
Points are non-transferable between accounts
We reserve the right to adjust point values, earning rates, and costs at any time
Abuse of the points system (including creating multiple accounts) will result in account termination

5. Download Limits

All accounts are subject to daily download limits to ensure fair access for all users:

Download limits reset daily
Each download requires the specified number of points
Automated or bulk downloading is strictly prohibited
Using bots, scrapers, or scripts to download content will result in immediate account termination

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
Attempt to bypass download restrictions or security measures
Redistribute downloaded content on competing platforms
Use automated tools to access the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

7. Content and Licensing

Content available on WPCellar consists of WordPress themes and plugins distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Under the GPL:

You are free to use, modify, and distribute GPL-licensed code
CSS, images, and other non-code assets may be subject to separate licenses as specified by the original authors
We do not claim ownership of third-party content hosted on our platform

10. Termination

Your points balance will be forfeited
Any unused Premium membership time will not be refunded unless required by law

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPCellar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to:

Damages from downloaded content (including malware, compatibility issues, or data loss)
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or downtime
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
